- eSIM.vn only collects information when customers order travel eSIMs on the eSIM.vn e-commerce website, for the purposes of: confirming orders, managing information to serve SIM delivery, and supporting after-sales or answering customer feedback.

- The website collects customer information to send emails introducing products and services on esim.vn.

- Used to contact customers about promotions, customer-care quality surveys, and birthday gifts.

- Used to analyze customer consumption trends, in order to develop more suitable new services.

- Customers' personal information is collected when ordering an eSIM and during the genuine-owner registration process when purchasing an eSIM, when customers give feedback about product/service quality or policies on esim.vn, typically including: full name, address, phone, email, date of birth.

2. Scope of information use

- eSIM.vn commits that customer information is only used for appropriate purposes in the management and business operations of the esim.vn website to send notifications or contact customers for support.

- In case of a request from a legal authority investigating a violation, eSIM.vn is responsible for cooperating in providing customer personal information.

3. Information storage period

Customers' personal information and data will be stored and secured on the servers of the unit operating and hosting the website until there is a deletion request from that customer.

4. Means and tools for users to access and edit personal data

- Through the esim.vn website.

- Users have the right to send complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the esim.vn administrator, who will then be responsible for responding and guiding the customer to restore and secure their information.

5. Commitment to securing customer information

- The collection and use of personal information is only performed with consent and within an appropriate scope necessary for proper commercial purposes; esim.vn will maintain measures to ensure the safety, integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of the information customers have provided.

- Users' personal information is collected, stored, and absolutely secured in a serious, accurate, and safe manner.

- We do not transfer, provide, or disclose users' personal information to any third party without consent, unless required by a competent State authority.

- To ensure the safety of personal information, customers should strictly follow the instructions. If anything unusual is detected, please contact the esim.vn administrator to check and handle it promptly, avoiding personal information theft.

- In compliance with Decree 52/2013/ND-CP issued by the Government on e-commerce.

6. Customer information that is stored

The following customer information will be stored on the esim.vn website system:

- Full name

- Phone number

- Email

In addition, credit card transactions will have the transaction's authorization code stored for the purpose of converting the transaction into a refund transaction.
